CASA DE LAS AMIGAS
At Casa De Las Amigas we offer the hope of recovery to women who suffer from alcoholism and drug addiction thought a time-tested, integrated program of healing for body and mind. Casa De Las Amigas was founded as a non-profit organization in 1967. The vision of the original founders is still put into practice today: Every woman in search of a productive and sober life will have the opportunity to achieve it.
Women enter our Residential Treatment program seeking help, and typically they find much more. In this group environment, participants learn new coping skills for daily life. This program includes room and board plus: group session, individual session, and daily activities. Many of our newest participants have enjoyed the privilege of Reverend Leo Booth facilitating groups on a monthly basis. This opportunity has provided many women here the ability to view their life, spirituality, and recovery in a new light. Typically women will reside in treatment for 90 days. After completion many transfer into our Sober Living and Outpatient programs to assist them in there transition back into society.
