I just want to take on moment to
say thank you Rev Leo for doing such a
wonderful trip such to India! India
was an incredible experience for me
and it has changed my life! Learned
much, have a deeper understanding on
Hinduism and next time I'd wear light
weight blouses cotton skirts but
overall, it was a wonderful! Rev.
Leo, I hope that you plan to expand
the trips not shrink them in the
future, I want to see more and I hope
to go on another one of your journeys
to a foreign land.
May God bless you!

Hello, my name is Randy. I was
blessed to have met Reverend Leo Booth
approx. three years ago. I was very
impressed with many aspects of his
lecture. Unfortunately due to a
couple of deaths in the family and
other circustnaces I have not kept up
with his missions. I had retired from
substance abuse counseling almost two
years ago because the majoirty of the
management that I worked for at the
time was too busy with gossip, arguing
with each other, etc and not focusing
on our addicted clients needs. I have
recently been asked by Pators, church
members and community members to
return to the counseling field because
our Country is in the grips of a
massive surge of Meth usage. My past
experience with counseling was
unfortunately within the State
guidelines and I was unable to speak
about God, Jesus or use the Bible for
my clients recovery foundation. I am
now starting the journey of individual
and group counseling on my own, or I
should say "with Gods help". I am
asking for your prayers in this
mission. Thank you, and I hope to hear
from others with their suggestions
that may helo me with my endeavor.
Who knows,maybe I'll get the
opportunity to hear from Reverend Leo
Booth himself.
Dear Randy,
Good to see your message on the
Message Board! It's nice too see all
the goods things that are happening. I
wish you well in your work with
addicts, especially as you work with
Pastors in your area. You are on a
good path! Keep up the good work!!!!
-Rev Leo-

Randy's message please do - it's easy!

And now here is an email we
received from a church in Hollywood,
FL:
Dear Rev Leo,
You recently spoke
here at our church a couple of Sundays
ago and I wanted to say thank you.
Even though I am not in recovery I
really "got your message" about
spirituality vs. religion. There truly
is a difference. I do hope that you
will come back soon. All the best!
Sincerely, Susanne
From Texas:
I wanted to take this opportunity
to thank you for the education that
you gave here in Austin, Texas several
years ago to the alcohol and drug
Counselors. I am 27 years clean and
sober and you have always been an
inspiration to me in the spiritual
realm. Thank you for the contribution
you made to the recovering
communtiy.
Your friend, Gary
Jennifer from The Ranch. I just
thought I'd give you something to read
incase you missed it -
I am so delighted to
contribute to Reverend Leo's wonderful
newsletter; he is such a marvelous
chap after all. I have met him and
attended several of his workshops here
at The Ranch, and the clients (as well
as me) just adore him.
I am excited to have this opportunity
to talk about The Ranch. Both as an
Alumni of the program as well as
current staff, I have been blessed to
partake in all the wonderful aspects
offered here. Sitting on 2200 acres of
breathtaking scenery, just being on
the land brings such peace and
serenity to all who walk it. The
modality is one that looks at all
aspects of self...mind, body and
spirit. Providing and emphasis on a
strong spiritual foundation coupling
with acute therapeutic process, the
effect is deep.
Here a few things you may expect while
here at The Ranch: Native American
Sweat Lodges, Equine Therapy,
horseback riding Adventure Therapy,
Interplay, canoeing down the spring
fed Piney River and yoga. The grounds
have a labyrinth, medicine wheel and a
beautiful 12 Step Serenity Trail.
There are outside 12 Step Meetings as
well as Bonfire Meetings on site. I
could obviously take up much more
space talking about this wonderful
place; not only did it save my life
but I have witnessed that it has given
a new breath of hope to many other
lives as well. I haven't been around
here for 5 years for no reason!
We would love to hear from you and
tell you more. If you would like to

Dear Rev Leo
Thank you so much for coming to our
church here in Pensacola, Florida. You
truly are inspiring and all of us in
recovery appreciate your words of
wisdom. You mentioned to all of us
about
your spiritual journey to Vietnam this
year. I was looking forward in
joining you this year but
unfortunately I can't make it. My
question is will you be taking another
trip next year? I would love to have
the opportunity to explore another
country and have you as our guide. It
truly would be an adventure!
Sincerely,
KLP
If KLP reads this he or she will
notice on the front page of Rev Leo's
website there is info on his Spiritual
Journey to Inida this year. If you
have any question give us a call her
at the office and we can tell you more
about it!
Rev. Leo has been presenting
workshops at Casa De Las Amigas for a
couple of months now. I thought I
share a few of the emails we've
received from some of the women there:
"I wanted to thank you for
coming to our facility (Casa). You
gave us some great information. I
liked it when we all we're sitting in
a circle beacuse it was easier to
communicate. I did learn alot from
your visit however with all this heat
we've been
having it made it kinda hard to
think.
Thanks Rev. Leo for coming to Casa".
-Anonymous-
I love her honesty there talking
about the heat! Ok, so here's another
one:
"I really enjoyed hearing you
Reverend
Leo. You are an interesting speaker.
You speak clearly where I can
understand. I like how you took some
time to speak to each of us here. I
learned alot in this class and I am
thinking more positive about myself
with a different attitude. You gave me
some insights in helping me with my
domestic violence issues and you made
it so easy to understand. I look
forward in
seeing you soon." -Anonymous-
Spring is upon us and here is a
recent
testimony that was sent to Rev. Leo.
I was at the Ranch back in April of
2005 where Father Leo came to speak.
I read a passge for him and he dubbed
me "Jeff the Reader. I'm not sure if
will remember me or not but he truly
touched me with his message. I am
taking my addiction day by day with
mixed sucess, but when I am having a
bad day I always think back to the
days at the Ranch. May God Bless you
Father Leo and your message.

Hello! It's Michael here-
I came a cross this the other day
and I thought it was kinda cool-
"The greatest discovery of my
generation is that a human being can
alter his life by altering his
attitudes of mind" - William James
Here was an email sent to Rev.
Leo last week-
I have been receiving your
newsletters for some time now. It is
always a pleasure to read what you are
doing Father Leo! I wanted to let you
know I appreciate what you are doing.
You've shown me once again how to
appreciate the little things in
life. Thank you so much! Much love to
you and your staff there at Spiritual
Concepts.
Sincerely, (name withheld) from
Florida
Here is a testimonial we've
received
recently:
I recently got the opportunity to
be a
spiritual guide for my granddaughter.
She attends a religious learning class
and recently gave me a cross with the
Beatitudes on it that she made. I was
to wear it for 48 hours to work to
remind me what God has meant in my
life. I work at a Hospital and that
cross impacted so many people's lives.
I have been promoting her spiritual
self since she was a small child and
when this project came up she
immediately thought of me. I love
reading your daily meditation books
and they help me to pass on the
message even to my 9 year old. She and
I are spiritual buddies and that more
important than any other type of
relationship. With Spirituality comes
deep love. Love for God, another
human being and self.
I have been on 2 of your spiritual
retreats and always came away with
such a whole spiritual feeling. I
would recommend to anyone seeking
spiritual learning and feeling to
attend one of your glorious retreats
and get revived!
Best wishes,
